Evergreen Fund
KSKG is launching an Evergreen Fund to align patient capital with a continued robust project portfolio that flows to abundant returns and long-term value creation. As bespoke as the KSKG platform, our fund removes the artificial deadlines so capital can be deployed opportunistically, held as long as the underlying value-creation thesis requires, and harvested on a timeline set by asset performance rather than fund mechanics. That means we're never forced sellers, and our investors are never left holding a "mature" unperforming fund.
